Focused on whole-person health, it offers a full range of mental health, addiction disorders, intellectual and developmental disabilities services and integrated primary care to meet the needs of the 85,000 children, teens, adults and families it serves each year. With offices in Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky and Tennessee, the combined organization operates from more than 150 facilities and 220 partnership locations and through a provider network of 400 therapists and counselors nationwide. We offer 3 low intensity Alcohol/Drug Abuse groups.
Chemical Awareness: psychoeducational group designed to meet court-ordered requirements. One on Monday from 11:00-12:00 and another on Friday from 11:00-12:00.
Relapse Prevention: is a step-down for individuals that are transitioning out of a higher-level of care or for individuals that are struggling to stay clean/sober. The group meets on Thursdays from 11:00-12:00.
Dual Diagnosis: is a low intensity group that addresses the link between mental illness and substance use. It meets weekly on Tuesdays from 11:00-12:00.
Real Lives: is an intensive outpatient group that meets 3 days/week for 2 hours each day for a total of 12 weeks. One groups meets on Mon, Wed and Fri mornings, 9:00-11:00 and the 2nd group meets on Mon, Wed and Fri afternoons, 1:00-3:00.

Cumberland Hall offers specialized treatment for children, adolescents, civilian adults and active duty military personnel through acute and sub-acute inpatient programs. Treatment is provided by an interdisciplinary team of licensed psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, mental health technicians, nurses, certified drug and alcohol counselors and recreational therapists. We offer several specialized programs to meet the needs of the individual and provide a supportive, encouraging environment for the treatment of emotional and psychological problems including depression, suicidal contemplation, substance abuse, anxiety, bipolar disorder and traumatic stress disorders. Soldier Center/The Marriage and Family Institute is a confidential behavioral health practice where community, military personnel, veterans, and families find counseling and psychotherapy for life's challenges. We specialize in providing treatment for individual, couple and family therapy. For military personnel we provide treatment for combat related issues which often create nightmares, flashbacks, hypervigilance (on-guard all the time), and reactivity to sights, sounds, and smells. We help people reclaim their lives. No one is turned away based on ability to pay.
- Soldier Center/The Marriage and Family Institute has 8 therapists who are providers for most major insurances and TRICARE. There are also grants available for veterans without insurance or financial resources to be seen at no cost. Other clients may qualify for a discounted rate based on income

A Veteran specific group will be starting in October called My Brothers Keeper, this will allow like-minded veterans to meet weekly to help process the issues effecting them and the new reality of life post deployment. This Group is administered by a Combat Veteran who has served with 5th SFG and is eager to get started helping our fellow men and women veterans process.

Through VetSuccess on Campus, VA and education institutions partner to give student Veterans the tools to ensure they achieve their academic goals, and the resources to find a meaningful career afterwards. VA assigns experienced counselors from its Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment (VR&E) program to assist the growing number of Veterans taking advantage of VA education benefits. These counselors provide academic and vocational guidance to student Veterans, and provide them with information about VA benefits and healthcare services. The counselors maintain close relationships with local VA Vet Centers and VA medical facilities, referring Veterans as needed for counseling or medical services and providing assistance enrolling in and applying for VA medical and nonmedical benefits.
